Patients are expected to pay any co-pays and balances due at the time of service. Private pay patients must pay in full at the time of service. Financing programs are available for cosmetic services. Pikes Peak ENT, LLC accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.  We also accept payment from health savings and flexible spending accounts.
